• We offer a variety of IT-related services. Each project or service will be governed by these Terms and a separate Service Agreement specifying the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

6. Service Agreements

• Each project will require a Service Agreement detailing the specifications of the service. By signing a Service Agreement, you agree to the terms outlined, including payment terms, timelines, and deliverables.
• Changes to the project scope may require an amended Service Agreement or additional fees.

7. Payments and Fees

• Payment Terms: Payments for services are due as specified in the Service Agreement.
• Late Fees: Unpaid balances may be subject to interest at a rate of 100% per month or the maximum allowed by law until paid in full.
• Refunds: Payments made are generally non-refundable, except as outlined in the Service Agreement or under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, we retain all rights to methodologies, techniques, and proprietary information used or developed during the project.
• Upon payment in full, you will own the final deliverables produced under the Service Agreement unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to use deliverables for portfolio purposes.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project, including client data, technical specifications, and trade secrets.
• We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Our Warranties: We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and by industry standards.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: Except as expressly provided, our services are provided “as-is.” We make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from or in connection with our services.

11. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppWebStudios Technologies Pvt Ltd from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate our services to you for any breach of these Terms of Service Agreement.
• Termination by You: You may terminate the Service Agreement as specified, but you remain responsible for fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately terminate.

13. Governing Law

• The laws of India govern these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved in the Indian courts.

14. Entire Agreement

• These Terms and any Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and AppWebStudios Technologies Pvt Ltd and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
